Meet the Team
My name is Gary Donalson, and I have been buying, selling, renovating, and leasing homes for more than 30 years throughout the Ashland, Kentucky area and sunny South Florida. Real estate has been a lifelong passion, and I take pride in helping improve communities while providing quality housing.
I am a licensed Kentucky Realtor® and a real estate agent with RE/MAX Realty Connection. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in residential sales, property renovations, investment properties, and long-term rentals.
Recently, I welcomed my son, Alex Donalson, to the business as we continue growing our real estate portfolio together. As a father-and-son team, we are committed to revitalizing neighborhoods, creating exceptional rental properties, and delivering outstanding service to our clients and tenants.
